3 . PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held two hearings in person and upheld two
citations.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed two hearings requested by written
declaration, upheld two citations.
4 . NEW BUSINESS
A. REQUEST TO REMOVE THE ALL-DAY PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN
DISTRICT PARKING LOT 3 AND INSTALL A 2-HOUR PARKING LIMIT
The Public Safety Commission reviewed the request from A Golden House
Restaurant and held an informal public hearing.
The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, denied the request from A Golden House
Restaurant to convert 30 all day parking stalls to limited two-hour parking.
B. OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMIT HARDSHIP APPEAL FOR 5839
CAMELLIA AVENUE
The Public Safety Commission reviewed an application for hardship appeal
for 5839 Camellia Ave. The Commission, by a 5 - 0 vote, approved the
request for two permits for 5839 Camellia Ave.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to review and receive this report.
