RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
AMENDING SYSTEM OF PERMITS FOR THE USE
OF DISTRICT LANDS ("PERMIT STANDARDS").
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does hereby resolve that Section 30.0 of "Permit
Standards, Midpeninsula Regional Park District," adopted June
25, 1975 by Resolution No. 75-13 and amended on September 24,
1975, be amended to read as follows:
30.0 Exempt Lands. No permit is required
for the entry upon or use of District lands
except as may be provided by resolution,
regulation or rule of the Board, or unless
otherwise stated in site use and management
plans adopted by the Board.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Park District on January 26 , 19 77 , at a recrular
meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: K. Duffy, B. Green, G. Seager, D. Wendin, H. Turner and E. Shelley
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: N. Hanko

hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the District
