This ordinance hereby amends Ord. #412 whereby was
established 22.3% or .21C of each .95 per 100.00 valuation
for .retirement of the Street Improvement Bonds 1958, for
the budget year 1978-79.
Whereas this bond issue has been retired, the budget
is hereby amended. to transfer amount sufficient to retire
the indebtedness of the Special Series 1963-64 bond issue
due and payable the 1979 fiscal year. Any surplus amount
to be deposited in the General Contingency Fund.
