Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Richland
Hills, Texas, that:
1.
The Uniform Plumbing Code 1979 is hereby adopted as the Plumb-
ing Code of the City of Richland Hills,
2.
This Ordinance, hereby repeals Ordinance 89, Plumbing Code;
3.
Section 20.7 cost of permit o~ the Uniform Plumbing Code
is hereby eliminated and Ordinance 382,, establishing Richland
Hills plumbing permit fees is hereby retained
4.
The use of PVC for sewer connections is hereby allowed at the
discretion of the Public Works Director.
. 5.
A copy of such Code is attached hereto, incorporated herein
and made a part hereof, the same as if set out verbatim
