RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT AMENDING
RULES OF PROCEDURE WITH RESPECT TO THE NUMBER
OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED TO THE BUDGET SUBCOMMITTEE'
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park
District does hereby resolve as follows:
Section One. Section 1.82 of the Rules of Procedure
(adopted 12/10/75 by Resolution No. 75-25) is amended
to read as follows:
1.82 Budget Subcommittee. The Budget
Subcommittee shall be a standing subcom-
mittee, composed of three Board members
appointed at the regular meeting following
the meeting at which officers of the Board
are elected. The Treasurer shall be one
of the three members of the Budget Subcommittee .
