Monday through Friday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p .m. on Saturdays and
Sundays. The applicant is requesting to have a maximum of 22 dance students
during the week and a maximum of 27 dance students during the weekend. The
property is located in the East Commercial (EC) District of the City's Downtown
Specific Plan, and is designated as Commercial by the City's General Plan Land
Use Map.
No action was taken on this item, as the application was withdrawn.
4. NEW BUSINESS
The Planning Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
establishment of a full service restaurant (Guppy House) within the Temple City
Marketplace shopping center at 5741-5747 Rosemead Boulevard. The subject site
is in the General Commercial (C-2) zone and is designated Commercial by the
General Plan .
The item was approved by 3-1 vote with Commissioner Seibert voting no. After the
testimony of the audience, the majority of the Planning Commission approved the
project.

The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p .m.
