PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS
FOR THE WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not to exceed
$140,000 for water system improvement projects as outlined by the Public Works
Director's supplemental briefing dated August 22, 2012 and authorizes the Town
Manager to enter into contracts for the work.
2. All documents must be executed and work completed within fiscal year 2012 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 5 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2012.
