AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE RATE OF DEPOSITS
TO THE TEXAS MUNICIPAL F.ETIREMENT SYSTEM BY
THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF C 1 fjlj~~ , TEXAS
That all employees of the City of __~J___~ lj~ y~~, ~jlj ~~S'
who are members of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, shall
make deposits to the System at the rate of /

individual earnings. However, this rate shall not be applied to
earnings in excess of the maximum earnings subject to retirement
deductions as fixed by ordinance.
