A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING CUP 86-779.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon a Public Hearing for a Domino's Take-
out Pizza, at 4578 Las Tunas Drive, the Planning Commission finds:
1. That the site for the proposed use is adequate in
size, shape, topography or circumstances; and
2. That the site has adequate access to streets;
3. That the proposed use will not have an adverse
effect upon the use, enjoyment or valuation of
adjacent property or upon the public welfare be-
cause of its uniqueness as a "take-out" business,
with only minimal parking needs.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, said CUP is approved, subject to
the following conditions:
1. All buildings, walks, entrances, trash areas, park-
ing areas and other features shall be located and
maintained substantially as shown on the Plot Plan,
labeled Plan "A", or as otherwise approved by the
City Planner.
2. A detailed sign plan shall be submitted for review
and approval by the Planning Commission, showing all
proposed signage for the front and rear of the
building.
3. Any existing or new mechanical and/or electrical
equipment shall be screened in a manner as approved
by the Planning Director.
4. That the customer area shall be limited to the floor
area shown on the floor plan submitted, labeled
Plan n:B'1 •
5. That the business hours shall be limited from 4:30P.M.
to 2:00A.M.
6. Compliance with and execution of all conditions
listed hereon shall be necessary prior to obtaining
final building inspection clearance.
7. Prior to obtaining a Building Permit, and within
30 days hereof, the applicant shall file with the
Planning Department written acceptance of conditions
stated herein on forms provided by the Planning Dept.
8. No final inspection or Occupancy Permit will be
granted until after all construction is completed
and all improvements and landscaping are installed
in accordance with the approved plans.

9. That a trash facility be provided subject to the
review and approval of the Planning Director
10. That the parking the rear of the facility be
assigned and labeled to the satisfaction of the
Planning Director.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution ..
