Whereas, the parking of vehicles on State Highway 121
Access Road (North Midway Road) between Fir Park Street and
Kingsbury Drive has become a hazard to the health, safety and
general welfare of the City and its inhabitants;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to park a motor vehicle or leave a motor vehicle
unattended on State Highway 121 Access Road (North Midway Road)
between Fir Park Street and Kingsbury Drive.
2.
- - Any person, firm or-corporation violating the terms of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not
in excess of two hundred dollars. Each hour of continuous
violation shall be a separate offens
