BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
Hereafter no building permit shall be issued for any
commercial or business type usage if such business or
commercial lot abuts a residential lot unless and until a
screening fence of at least six feet in height is built next
to the residential lot by the person making the application.
2.
A screening fence may be of wood or masonry so long as
• it provides a reasonably solid screen from view or sight to
prevent the residence from having a constant view of the
commercial usage.
