MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW UPDATE Receive presentation and provide direction regarding any budget adjustments for the April 3 City Council Meeting B. BUDGET RESERVE POLICY Review draft policy and provide direction regarding funding amounts for each category and classification C. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE Review draft and provide direction regarding any program scope changes D. PENSION OBLIGATION OVERVIEW Review PARS proposal and provide direction on whether to use PARS for City’s pension obligation liability or to seek proposals from other providers E. CHAMBER RENOVATION Receive presentation of draft design and provide direction regarding project scope and budget 5. ADJOURNMENT The City Council will adjourn to the City Council Regular Meeting of Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 5938 Kauffman Avenue.
