3. MAYOR'S STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS
Mayor Tom Chavez presented the annual State of the City Address highlighting
the past year's accomplishments and plans for the coming year.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :15p.m.
