The Planning Commission recommended the City Council approve the Rosemead
Boulevard Enhancement Project and the Mitigated Negative Declaration in
accordance with Planning Commission Resolution 12-2346. Representatives from
Vanir Construction Management, Gruen Associates, and Atkins spoke to the
Planning Commission regarding the various aspects of the project. The
improvements would take place on a two mile stretch of the city's right-of-way along
Rosemead Boulevard.
The item was recommended for approval by 5-0 vote.

The Plann ing Commission meeting was adjourned at 9:36p.m.
