Passed and approved by the City ouncil of the City o,f Richland Hills, Texas this day of 1982. That certain documents, three (3) copies pf hich are on file in the office of the City Secretary of tree City o ichland Hills, Texas being marked and designated as "Uniform uilding Code," including Appendix Chapter 1, 12, 23, 32, 35, 3$, 9, 51, 55, 57, 70, 1982 edition, and the "Uniform Building Cody tandards," 1982 edition, published by the International Conference f Building Officials, be and the same is hereby adopted as the cod f the enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, onversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance f all buildings or structures in the City of Richland Hills providing or issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each nd all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of~suc 'Uniform Building Code," 1982 edition, and the "Uniform Building ode Standards, 1982 edition, published by the International onference of Building Officials, on file in the office of the pity f Richland Hill, Texas are hereby. referred to, adopted and made a art hereof as is fully set out in this ordinance.... Section 2. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in onflict herewith are hereby repealed except zoning ordinances ~.nd mendments thereto. In the event of conflict, the terms of the'zoni g rdinance or amendments shall govern. Section 3. That if any section, subsection, ser_tence, cla se r phrase of this ordinance is, for any reason, held to be uncon- titutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the'; emaining portions of this ordinance. Each days violation shalll,be a separate offense. Section 5.
