CONCLUSION: The developer (i.e., Andrew Khun) submitted a cash deposit in the amount of $82,216 to ensure that road improvements were completed at Parcel Map No. 061450. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works notified the City that the road improvements were complete, inspected and found to be in compliance with the approved plans (Attachment A).
