BE IT ORDAIDIED BY TFiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
1.
From and after the first day of October, 1982 (meter
readings after such date) the following water rates and charges
shall be in full force and effect within this City:
(A) All customers with a 5/8 inch or 3/4 inch meter shall
be charged the following:
First 2,000 Gallons - $6.88 Minimum
Next 8,000 Gallons - $1.60 per 1,000 Gallons
Over 10,000 Gallons - $1.54 per 1,000 Gallons
(B) All customers with a 2 inch meter shall be charged the
following:
First 12,500 Gallons - $24.56 Minimum
Next 8,000 Gallons - $1.60 per 1,000 Gallons
Over 20,500 Gallons - $1.54 per 1,000 Gallons
(C) All customers with a 12 inch meter shall be charged the
following:
First 10,000 Gallons - $20,46 Minimum
Next 8,000 Gallons - $1.60 per 1,000 Gallons
Over 18,000 Gallons - $1.54 per 1,000 Gallons
(D) All customers with a one inch meter shall be charged the
following:
First 3,500 Gallons - $10.15 Minimum
Next 8,000 Gallons - $1.60 per 1,000 Gallons
Over 11,500 Gallons - $1.54 per 1,000 Gallons

The above rates shall be computed on a monthly basis
to coincide with each customers billing date.
3.
Charges for apartment houses shall be as follows:
When two (2) or more residential living units are supplied with
water from one (1) meter, a minimum water service charge of $x.88
will be made each month for each unit, adjusted by an occupanr_y
factor of ninety (90) percent.
