ORDINANCE NO. 475
WHEREAS, the city parks within the city limits of
Richland Hills are not large enough to accomodate the driving
ii
of golf balls within the parks; and
WHEREAS, the driving of golf balls in the city parks I!
presents a hazard to persons within and without the parks and II',
to property near said parks.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDALNED BY THE GOUNCLL OF..THE CITY.
OF RICHLAND.HILLS,~EXAS that:
1.
It shall hereafter be unlawful for persons to play golf 1,
or practice golf within the city parks of Richland Hills,
Texas.
2.
Any person driving a golf ball by striking it with a
golf" club within a city park in the City of Richland Hills
shall be deemed to have violated this ordinance and shall
be subject to a fine, upon conviction, of not more than ~'I
$200.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the ~Q~ day of September,
