WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to exempt
local charities and non-profit organizations from the terms of~~

Ordinance No. 174-A.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED.. BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THI';,
CITY- OF" R:ICHLAND. HILLS, TEXAS, that: ~I
1.
Local churches schools, parent-teacher organizations I'
and other local non-profit organizations which are undertaking~~'
fund drives within the city shall be exempt from the licensing)
and permit requirements of Ordinance No. 174-A of this city.

• 2.
"Local" shall mean churches,,schools and other r~on-profit
organizations that are headquartered within the Birdville Inde-t
pendent School District.
