A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
COOPERATIVE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF COMPTON FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT AT 1650 S. CENTRAL
AVENUE, COMPTON, CALIFORNIA.
SECTION 1. That City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
into a cooperative operations and maintenance agreement with the City of
Compton for operations and maintenance of the traffic signal light at 1650 S.
Central Avenue, Compton, California.
SECTION 2. That the operations and maintenance agreement described in
Section 1 is hereby approved; the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
and the City Clerk to attest the execution of the agreement; and the City Clerk is
further authorized to deliver the executed agreement, together with a certified copy
of this Resolution, to the City of Compton.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2004.
