Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 11:07 a.m. in the City
Hall Community Rom located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.

Consultant Gary LaFeria led the City Council and City staff in a discussion involving
strategic planning and business performance principals and tools as presented in the book
"Good to Great" by Jim Collins .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 1:10 p.m. to the City Council Regular
Meeting of Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 5938
Kauffman Avenue.
