Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer
of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the re-
quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was pub-
lished in the newspaper once each week for
one successive week(s); it was first published
on Friday, the 9 day of January ,
2009, and was thereafter printed and published on
every Friday to and including Friday, the day
of , 2009; and printed below is a
copy of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both
inclusive, which is hereby acknowledged as being
the size and kind of type used in the composition

Public Notice
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 454, an amendment to Sec-
tion 720, the individual sewage
treatment standards ("ISTS") or-
dinance and adding new Section
721 regarding the ISTS assess-
ment and maintenance program.
The ISTS assessment and main-
tenance program provisions were
removed from Section 720 and
placed into their own separate
section, Section 721. The ordi-
nance also amended a provision
in Section 720 relating to failing
ISTS. A failing ISTS must be up-
graded, replaced, repaired or its
use discontinued within three
years. The full text of Ordinance
No. 454 is available from the city
administrator -clerk at Medina city
hall during regular business
hours.
