BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:

From and after October 1, 1983 the following sewer
charges shall be made to customers on the Richland Hills
Sewer System:

A monthly minimum charge shall be charged to all
customers in the amount of $ 8.16 for 3,000 gallons of water
used, or wastewater produced.
A monthly volume charge shall also be charged to all
residential customers in the amount of $ .39 per 1,000 gallons!
of water used, or wastewater produced, over the first 3,000
gallons. The monthly volume charge for commercial customers
shall be $ .48 per 1,000 gallons over the first 3,000 gallons.

The monthly volume charges for residential class Gusto-
• mers will be based on the individual customer's average
monthly water usage during the preceding winter quarter months!
of December, January, and February, but in no event shall the
volume used to compute this monthly charge exceed 10,000 gallons.
The volumes used to compute these charges are based on the amount
of water used by the residential class customer as measured by
a meter. Sphere no preceding winter quarter average is avail-
able from records, an estimated volume not to exceed 10,000
gallons shall be used. The monthly volume charge for commercial
customers shall be based upon actual water used each billing
period.
