RESOLUTION NO. 04159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CTI'Y OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, CALLING A CLOSED SESSION
TO CONFER REGARDING WITH LEGAL COUNSEL
ONE MATTER OF POTENTIAL LITIGATION
FINDS AND RESOLVES**THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL HEREBY
to Government Code section 54956.9(b)(3)(E) and based
