BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS
TEXAS, THAT: ~

Any person holding any portion of an unexpired term as City Council-
man or Mayor shall forfeit such portion of the unexpired term if he files
for election to a different City office.
2.
Such forfeiture shall take place at the time of filing for the ~
different office.
