BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1 On behalf of the City of Richland Hills, Texas,
the City Council hereby exercises its option under the statute
establishing the Texas Municipal Retirement System and elects
to have the following department added to participation in said
System:
(a) City Administrator Department
and all of the benefits and obligations of such System are hereby
accepted as to such employees in such department.
All Departments of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, here-
after created will participate in the Texas Municipal Retirement j
System at the time of their creation.
Section 2 All of the provisions of this ordinance and any
other ordinance of the City pertaining to the Texas Municipal
Retirement System be and are hereby adopted or such provisions
apply to the addition of the department added by this ordinance.
