BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCLL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:

IT IS ORDERED that a sign which meets the standards
of Subsection (b) of Section 48.01 of the Texas Penal Code
be prominently displayed in the City Council Chambers. of

this city during council meetings.

II.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Council Chambers
be equipped with facilities for extinquishing smoking material.
III.
The City Administrator is hereby ordered to carry out
the provision of Section I and II above.
