ORDINANCE NO. 488
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills, Texas has engaged the
services of Owen Ayres & Associates, Inc. to prepare a Comprehensive
Plan for the City; and
WHEREAS, numerous public hearings have been held to receive
objections and suggestions from the public on said plan; and
WHEREAS, the experts engaged by the City have returned a Masted
f
Plan for the City which the City Council finds will be the most
workable and practical plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:

. The document entitled "City of Richland Hills, Texas Comprehensive
Plan" by Owen Ayres & Associates, Inc, be and is hereby adopted to

guide the City in an orderly, compatible, efficient and financially
acceptable manner of development.
2.
It is ordained that this document adopted, and attached hereto;
shall not be considered to be inflexible and it shall be subject to
change as circumstances change and new problems are encountered.
