ORDINANCE NO. 4g9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
There is hereby assessed against the operator of
each "coin operated machine" in the City of Richland Hills
an occupation tax of $7.50 per year per machine.
2.
"Coin Operated Machine" is defined in Article 8801,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.

3.
The occupation tax imposed hereby shall be due and
payable to the City Tax Collector on or before~July 15th of
each calendar year and upon payi~ient thereof the tax shall be
considered paid until July 15th of the following year.
