An Ordinance amending the procedures for issuing building
permits; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That no building permit shall be issued for the
construction of any type of building until and unless said
building is located on property fronting on a public street
which meets the City of Richland Hills specification for
street construction.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after
the date of its passage.
