A. The Planning Commission made a motion to continue a modification of a
conditional use permit to April 24, 2012. The proposal is to allow modification to
an existing wireless communication facility located at 6264 Rosemead
Boulevard. The applicant unknowingly submitted incorrect information however
the Planning Division had already mailed the Public Hearing Notice, thus
requiring the proposal to be voted upon. The subject property is located within
the general commercial zone (c-2) and is designated commercial by the general
plan.
This item was continued to be heard April 24, 2012, by 5-0 vote.
5. COMMUNICATIONS
Planning Commissioner Cordes and Planning Commissioner Leung briefed the
Planning Commission and staff regarding key topics at the League of California
Cities, Planners Institute and Mini Exposition.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p .m.

The City Council is requested to receive and file this report .
