AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING
RESOURCES FOR THE BUDGET YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION l: That the budget estimate of the revenues
and expenditures for the City of Richalnd Hills, Texas, as
presented by the City Administrator and appropriated by the
City Council for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983,
and ending September 30, 1984, be and is hereby adopted and
approved as the budget for such fiscal year:
SECTION 2: That the sum of one million, five hundred
seventeen thousand, two hundred sixty nine dollars ($1,517,269.00)
is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund Revenues of the
payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of the City
government, as set forth in the budget;
SECTION 3: That the sum of nine hundred fifty nine
thousand, six hundred twenty dollars ($959,620.00) is hereby
appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Utility Fund Revenues
for the payment of Operating expenses and capital outlay of
the City government, as set forth in detail in the budget;
SECTION 4: That the sum of one hundred twenty seven
thousand, one hundred dollars ($127,100) is hereby appropriated
out of the Water & Sewer Utility Fund Revenues for the purpose
of paying the principle & interest on Revenue Bonds, Warrants,
& Interest, Bonds & Fees, as they mature during the year on the
Utility Debt Service as listed in detail in the budget;
SECTION 5: That the sum of two hundred sixty one thousand
dollars ($261,000) is hereby appropriated out of the various funds
as stated within the budget for the purpose of paying the expenses
connected with the Special Projects, as set forth in detail in the
budget.
SECTION 6: That this Ordinance be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
