AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS ENTITLEMENT
TO REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE PERIOD October 1 ,
1983 THROUGH September 30 , 1984.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, expects to receive revenue sharing funds for the period
October 1, 1983 through September 30, 1984, and an opportunity
has been given for public discussion and input on the expend-
iture of said funds.; and
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, has determined that such funds shall be budgeted and
appropriated as hereinafter set forth:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
1. That the budget for the City of Richland Hills
• Entitlement to Revenue Sharing Funds for the period October 1,
1983, through September 30, 1984, be and it is hereby ADOPTED
as presented:
2. Such funds shall be expended as follows:
Anticipated Receipts $75,000
Expenditures:
Capital Outlay in
General Fund &
Water & Sewer Fund $75,000
3. That this ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this the !~~'~day of September ,
1983, at a Regular meeting of the City Council by the following
affirmative vote:
