AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 503 AND CANCELING A JOINT
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS FOR CON-
SIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A NEW ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, The City Council did pass Ordinance No. 503 schedul-
ing a joint hearing of the City Council and the Planning and
Zoning Commission for the 27th day of February, 1984 at 7:30
p.m. and,
WHEREAS, It is the consensus of the City Council that further
clarification and revisions to the proposed new zoning ordi-
nance are required,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 503 is hereby repealed and the joint public hear-
ing by the City Council of the City of Richland Hills and the
• Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Richland Hills
for the consideration of adopting a new zoning ordinance,
scheduled for the 27th day of February, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. is
cancelled.
