Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 8:11 a.m. in the City Hall Commun ity
Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.

4. TEAM BUILDING & STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP 2
Consultant Gary LaFerla led the City Council and City staff in a discussion involving strategic
planning, examples of municipality management and performance tools used by cities and progress
report on Temple City's 2011-2013 work plan .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 12 :25 p.m.
