AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS SETTING THE DATE OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEAR-
ING FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS FOR CONSIDERATION OF
THE ADOPTION OF A NEW ZONING ORDINANCE; PROVIDING
FOR A TIME AND PLACE FOR THE HEARING; PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION; PROVIDING FOR NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS;
AND ORDAINING ALL OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
Pursuant to Article lOllf, V.A.T.C.S., a joint public
hearing by the City Council of the City of Richland Hills and the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Richland Hills, shall
be held for consideration of adopting a new Zoning Ordinance. Such
hearing shall be open to the public and shall be held at the City
Hall, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas, on the 9th day of
July, 1984 at 7:00 p.m.
II.
The City Secretary of the City of Richland Hills shall
give notice, ten (10) days prior of the date of the hearing, of
the joint public hearing to all owners of real property who have
rendered their said property for city taxes as their names appear
on the last approved city tax roll.
III.
This Ordinance shall be published one (1) time at least
fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing in the official
newspaper of the City of Richland Hills, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 1984.
