3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held three hearings in person and dismissed
three citations.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed two hearings requested by written
declaration and upheld two citations.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. REQUEST TO REMOVE THE 2-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN TWO
(2) PARKING STALLS IN DISTRICT PARKING LOT 2A TO INSTALL A 30 -
MINUTE PARKING TIME LIMIT
The Public Safety Commission reviewed the request from Wa Wa Market
and held an informal public hearing.
The Commission, by a 3-2 vote, denied the request from Wa Wa Market to
convert two (2) 2-hour parking spaces to 30-minute parking spaces.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to review and receive this report.

None.
