AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING
• RESOURCES FOR THE BUDGET YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:

SECTION 1: That the budget estimate of the revenues and expenditures
for the City of Richland Hills, Texas, as presented by the City Ad-
ministrator and appropriated by the City Council for the fiscal yea
beginning October 1, 1984, and ending September 30, 1985, be and is
hereby adapted and approved as the budget for such fiscal year;
SECTION 2: That the sum of one million, seven hundred fifteen thou
sand, nine hundred forty-nine dollars ($1,715,949.00) is hereby ap-
propriated out of the General Fund Revenues for the payment of oper-I
ating expenses and capital outlay of the City government, as set
forth in the budget;
SECTION 3: The sum of one million, one hundred forty-seven thousand,
five hundred dollars ($1,147,500.00) is hereby appropriated out of
the Water and Sewer Utility Fund Revenues for the payment of operating
expenses and capital outlay of the City government, as set forth in
detail in the budget;
SECTION 4: That the sum of one hundred twenty-six thousand, three
• hundred seventy-five dollars ($126,375.00) is hereby appropriated out
of the Water & Sewer Utility Fund Revenues for the purpose of paying.
the principal & interest on Revenue Bonds, Warrants, & Interest, Bonds
& Fees, as they mature during the year on the Utility Debt Service as
listed in detail in the budget;
SECTION 5: That the sum of three hundred seven thousand dollars,
($307,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the various funds as stated
within the budget for the purpose of paying the expenses connected with
the Special Projects, as set forth in detail in the budget.
SECTION 6: That this Ordinance be in full force and effect from and'
of ter its adoption.
