ORDINANCE N0. 520
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS ENTITLEMENT
TO REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1,
1984, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1985.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, i,
expects to receive Revenue Sharing Funds for the period of i
October 1, 1984 through September 30, 1985, and an opportunity
has been given for public discussion and input on the expendi-
ture of said funds; and ~
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas,
has determined that such funds shall be budgeted and appropria-
ted as hereinafter set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS TEXAS:
1. That the budget for the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, Entitlement to Revenue Sharing Funds for the period of
October 1, 1984, through September 30, 1985, be and it is hereby
ADOPTED as presented:
2. Such funds shall be expended as follows:
Anticipated funds $ 68,802.00
Expenditures:
Capital Outlay in
General Fund and
Water & Sewer Fund $ 68,802.00
3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage.
APPROVED and ADOPTED This the 10th day of September, 1984, By the
City Council by the following affirmative vote:
