AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
FOR CARTE' RE SPRAY PARK
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11 -12a and N.J.A.C.
5:34- 7.29(c), may by resolution and without advertising for bids, purchase any goods or
services under the State of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program for any State
contracts entered into on behalf of the State by the Division of Purchase and Property in
the Department of Treasury; and
WHEREAS. the Borough of Carteret has the need to purchase Carteret Park Spray Park
Equipment for the Parks Department utilizing the Sourcewell (formerly known as NJPA)
Cooperative Purchasing Program, from Rain Drop Products LLC, 030117 -RDP in the
amount of $ 30,580.10; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has determined that sufficient funds are
available and a purchase order will be processed with account C- 04 -15- 102 -202.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough of Carteret authorizes the
purchase of Carteret Park Spray Park Equipment for the Parks Department, from Rain
Drop Products LLC, 030117 -RDP 2121 Cottage. St. Ashland, OH 44805 in the amount of
$30,580.10.
