AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES;
ESTABLISHING RATES FOR EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR PUBI~ICA-
• TION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TE ~S:

That Chapter one, Section 12-E, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Ri bland
Hills, Texas is hereby amended to read as follows:
E. AMBULANCE FEES AND CHARGES
The basic fees and charges for the use of the City of Richla d
Hills, Texas ambulance shall be as follows:
(1) In Mid-Cities Area
One (1) person---------------$80.00
Two (2) or more persons------$60.00 each
(2) Fort Worth or Arlington Hospitals
One (1) person--------------$120.00
Two (2) or more persons-----$100.00 each
(3) Dallas Hospitalt(Parkland Only)

One (1) person--------------$200.00
Two (2) or more persons-----$180.00 each
Advance life support charges shall be added to the basic fees'', and
charges.
II.
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and pub~ica-
tion of the rates in the official newspaper of the City of Richland Hi~ls,
Texas.
