3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS :

4 . NEW BUSINESS
A. The Planning Commission made a motion to approve Conditional Use Permit 12-
1805 and Zone Variance 12-1806 to allow the construction of a new dwelling unit on
the properties located at 6042-6046 Kauffman Avenue . The site consists of two
parcels which will be consolidated for the construction of the proposed 2 ,627 square
foot dwelling. A Zone Variance is requested to maintain the nonconforming
conditions including the setbacks of the existing structures and the number of off-
street parking provided. The subject site is located in the Light Multiple Residential
(R-2) Zone.
The Planning Commission approved this item on a 4-0 vote .
5. COMMUNICATIONS

6. MA TIERS FROM CITY OFFICIALS
Staff updated the Planning Commission about two upcoming joint meetings that
will be led by the City Council.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 8:14 p .m.
