• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS CLOSING
AND VACATING A CERTAIN UNIMPROVED PORTION OF WILLOW PARK
STREET LYING EAST OF THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF BLOCK TWO,
RICHLAND GARDENS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AND ORDAINING OTHER I
MATTERS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT.
WHEREAS, there has herefore been platted and dedicated to
the City of Richland Hills a certain street, said street being
sixty (60) feet in width and extending from the South Boundary
Line of Midway Road Southward one thousand one hundred forty-
four and ninety-five one hundredths feet (1144.95) along the East
Boundary Line of Block two Richland Gardens Adddition of Richland
Hills to its intersection with.-the Richalnd Flills City Limits; an
WHEREAS, the aforesaid street has not been used or traveled',

of the City's needs and is burdensome to maintain; and '
WHEREAS, the City has no plans to use said street and finds'.
