AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RICHLAND HILLS CODE OF ORDINANCES,'
CHAPTER 12, SECTION 16, P.ELATING TO MASONRY REQUIREMENTS FOR
BUILDINGS WITHIN THE I-1 LIGHT.INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS
That Chapter 12, Section 16, of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Richland Hills, Texas, is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 1. All buildings hereafter constructed upon any I-1
Light Industrial zoned lot in the City of Richland Hills shall
have a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the total exterior
surface of the building constructed, or a veneer attached, of a
masonary type material. The area of doors and windows shall not
be included when calculating the exterior surface.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and.
