HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance No. 529-85 03-18-1985 ~I ORDINANCE NO. 52g • AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING P4AP AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF A 29.48 ACRE TRACT OUT OF THE A.G. WALKER SURVEY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT: I. The zoning classification of the following described property be changed to C-2 General Commercial: A portion of the A. G. WALKER 640 ACRE SURVEY, Abstract No. 1630, ~ situated about 7 miles North 57 degrees East from the Courthouse in Tarrant County, Texas; and embracing the several tracts conveyed to E.D. Kuykendall by the deed recorded in the deed records of Tarran County, Texas, as follows: Vol. 1687, page 308 - a First Tract of 2.17 acres and a Second Tract of 2.66 acres; and Vol. 1690, page 339- a 3 acre tract; and Vol. 1716, page 465- a 4.74 acre tract; and Vol. 1716, page 458, a tract of 564 square feet; and Vol. 1721, page 267, a 4 acre tract; and Vol. 1790, page 498 - a 4 acre tract; and Vol. 18b0, page 412 - a First tract of .69 acres and Second Tract of 1.02 acres;'..
