AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND CHANGING THE ZOPIING OF TRACT 2A3, 2A4A,
2A4G1 AND PART of 2A4C, SOLOMON HAYWORTH SURVEY AND PORTIONS OF
LOTS 1,2,3, OF THE M R ACRES ADDITION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE'.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLSI
TEXAS THAT:
I.
The zoning classification of the following described property be chanted
to R-2, Two Family Residential:
THE DESCRIPTION of a 1.2137-acre tract of land out of the SOLOMAN HAY
WORTH SURVEY, Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the east property line of Lot 4, Block 3, McCQY
ADDITION, an addition to the City of Richalnd Hills, Texas, said point
being North 00°05' East a distance of 108.29 feet from the North righ~-
of-way line of Evergreen Street; i

said point being N 00°13'12" W, 208.48'from the north Right-Of-Way li e

County, Texas;

Hills Texas be amended to show, the changes brought about by the passage
of this ordinance.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its date
of passage.
