RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LEAVE OP ABSENCE
WHEREAS, Dianna Sims has been employed by the Borough of Carteret as an Omnibus
Driver since 2008; and
WHEREAS, Dianna Sims has requested an unpaid leave of absence from said position;
and
WHEREAS, good cause has been found for said request and approval for same has been
requested by the Director of the Board of Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret hereby approves said request effective December 2, 2019 for a period of
ninety (90) days.
Adopted this 18' day of November, 2019
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 19, 2019.
