AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING D'IAP AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 1, BLOCK 29,
RICHLAND HILLS ADDITION AND TRACTS 2 E AND PART OF 2A, A. G.
WALKER SURVEY AND PROVIDING aN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS THAT:

The zoning classification of the following described property be chan~ed
to R-2, Two Family Residential:
BEING a tract of land out of the WALKER SURVEY, Abst. No. 1630-2,
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 29, Richland Hills
Addition, said point also being at the intersection of the East R.O.W''.
line of Kingsbury Ave. and the North R.O.W. line of State Highway No.
183;
THENCE North 00°06'07" West along the East R.O.W. of Kingsbury Ave.,
300.00 feet to a point for corner;
• THENCE South 89°48'40" East, 125.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 00°06'10" East, 291.80 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 89°41'25" East, 120.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 00°06'10" West 351.74 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 89°55'46" West 19.90 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 00°01'42" East 224.57 feet to a point for corner in
the North R.O.W. line of State Highway 183;
THENCE North 89059' West along the N%~rth_ R.O.W. of State Highway ~
183 for a distance of 224.57 to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and con-
taining 2.343 acres of land, more or less.

It is hereby ordered that the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Richland Hills, Texas be amended to show the changes brought about
by the passage of this ordinance.

date of passage.
