AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS, B-1 AND
B-2, BLOCK 6, RICHLAND HILLS ADDITION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS THAT:
I.
The zoning classification of the following described property be
changed to R-4, Multi-Family Residential:
Lots B-1 and B-2, Block 6 Richland Hills Addition to the
City of Richland Hills, Texas
II.
It is hereby ordered that the Official Map of the City of Richland
Hills, Texas be amended to show the changes brought about by the
passage of this ordinance.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY OF April 1985.
