AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
TO EXECUTE A TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL
PERMIT APPLICATION WITH REGARD TO NJDEP
FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor slid Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Director of Engineering is hereby authorized to execute the Treatment Works Approval
Permit Application with regard to NJDBP for various projects within the Borough, for
CY 2019/2020, in a form approved by the Borough Attorney and Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy of the
